This historic downtown photo of Tucson looks like it was taken in the 40s or 50s? Anybody know where this is at?
Population 400 - including cats and dogs. This small ghost town/artist colony/hippie hang-out was once a thriving old west mining town. Now it is a funky tourist destination with unique characters, stories and happenings.

Appears to be looking south on Stone from Alameda.
It's Stone Avenue, facing south; the tallish building in the foreground was the Pioneer Hotel (same building now has a different facade, and is now an office building). The one behind it is now the Chase building (but no longer owned by Chase).
